RINGS
Due to Sizing Issues
Proper size is the key to a ring you will want to wear. If you do not know your ring size, I have provided a Paper Ring Sizer with instructions here. Please print the sizer, follow the instructions, and be sure to order the correct size. If, after going through all of that, the ring still does not fit properly, you can exchange it for the proper size by following these steps:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Email me at ballstobling@gmail.com and use SIZING RETURN in the subject line. Be sure to include the ball model, what size the ring is, and what size you need it to be.

Without an email, I will not exchange your ring. Once I receive your email, I will let you know if the same ball is still available. If it is not, we can discuss what I do have available and your choices moving forward.

Your ring(s) must be returned in the condition that it (they) was (were) delivered in. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

Returns must be placed in the original box, or one of same size, with its original receipt/order confirmation. DO NOT return rings in envelopes alone.

If the ring is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.

Production of the new ring will not begin until I receive the ring you are returning.

Production of your new ring is subject to the 4-6 week production schedule based on supply, materials, and production volume at the time of return.

Our Size Exchange policy does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain.

Size exchange policies DO NOT apply to CUSTOM orders or rings, or rings with personalized engraving.
Due to Damages

All products have left Balls to Bling without damage. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us at Ballstobling@gmail.com and use ARRIVED WITH DAMAGE in the subject line. Please attach pictures and describe the damage in the email. We will reach out to the postal service and begin an inquery.

I will send you a return label, and once I receive the damaged piece (with its original receipt, in an appropriate box, and original packaging), I will begin turning you a new one. The turn around time for returns will be 4-6 weeks from the time I receive the returned item.

If your ring experiences a manufacturing failure within the first 30 days, please contact us ballstobling@gmail.com with Production Return in the subject. Provide detailed information re: the issue and how it happened along with the original receipt/order confirmation and pictures of the issue.
